President Counselor

Salvador Guerrero Chipres, Ph.D

He has a PhD in Political Theory by the University of Essex, England; a Masters Degree in Communication by the Iberoamericana University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Law and Communication by the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM).

He worked as Private Security Director and Head Counselor of the Secretariat of Public Security in Mexico City.

He had the position of Research Managing Director of the Secretariat of Public Security in Mexico City and Head Counselor of the National Security Commission.

He was the Federal Spokesman of the New Criminal Justice System in Morelos. He was the Civic Commissioner of Transparency at the Accountability and Transparency Institute of Mexico City (InfoDF).

He was a Professor and Researcher at the Higher Education and Technological Institute in Monterrey.
