Our "Chat de Confianza" and our "DISÍ a la Vida" program won two golden prizes at the IMT Awards
Between 2019 and 2020, it has been possible to positively impact more than 1,200 people with suicide risk and depressive crisis. We thank IMT for recognizing our work.
The work that the Citizen Council for Security and Justice of Mexico City carries out to save lives was recognized by the Mexican Institute of Teleservices (IMT), by awarding the prizes for the "Best Service Strategy, In-company Sector" by the Say YES to Life and the "Best Government Sector Operation Strategy" for the integration of the WhatsApp service to citizen complaints.
This, during the 15th Edition of the National Award "Excellence in Customer Experience and Contact Centers" & LATAM Award for Best Organizations for Interaction with Clients.
Quality, warmth, 24/7 care, empathy, psychological first aid service and follow-up with brief therapy, as well as the effectiveness of the care system are some of the elements that the DISI program offers to Life, which has managed to save lives not only from Mexico City but from the interior of the country and even from abroad.
This attention would not be possible without the participation of the 82 telephone consultants who work in the Citizen Council call-center, of which 54 percent are psychologists and the remaining percentage are lawyers, professional attention, constant disposition and innovation. They have made the Citizen Council call-center the best in the country.
Between 2019 and so far in 2020, DISI a la Vida has managed to positively impact more than 1,200 people, who through the Security Line and the Chat of Trust 55 5533-5533, have sought support at times of suicidal or depressive crisis.
This figure exceeds by 163 percent the care provided during 2018.
The National Award "Excellence in Customer Experience and Contact Centers" is a recognition that the Mexican Institute of Teleservices (IMT) has awarded for 15 years to BPO's, KPO'S, ITO's, help desk, call centers, contact centers and / or areas of interaction with clients, which demonstrate outstanding performance and / or are distinguished by promoting a culture of excellence and quality in the services they provide, aimed at improving and innovating the company-client and government-citizen relationship.
The Citizen Council prevailed over Condusef and the companies Teletrac, Samsung and Eficacia.
